UK orders:
We accept the exchange or return of goods within 30 working days of receipt and in unused condition.
For exchanges, please contact us at info@lightwaveuk.com to discuss and arrange exchange and reimbursement or charge for your exchanged items.
All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you return part of an order, the value of the goods will be refunded.
Post and package charges are not refundable, unless the items received were incorrectly dispatched by Lamps and Lights.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced for you.
