Cooling-Off Period (Your Right to Cancel)

If you order online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will include the cost of the goods and standard delivery charges (where paid).
Standard delivery refers to our lowest-cost delivery service, currently £4.95.

All refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you return part of an order the value of the goods will be refunded. If you return a complete order, the complete order will be refunded.

All goods must be in new and unused condition.

European orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply email us at info@lightwaveuk.com and we will provide the details for the return of the goods. If you return all items purchased, you will be refunded the cost of your goods. Where only a partial order is returned only the items returned will be refunded.

All orders outside the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply email us at info@lightwaveuk.com and we will provide the details for the return of the goods. Please also get proof of postage. You will be refunded the cost of your goods, but no delivery costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced for you. All refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
