UK orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using this Pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked Returns service.
This Return service is only available for orders under 20kg and in boxes no larger than 46cm (D) x 46cm (W) and 61cm (L)
If the goods to return are greater than this, or you want to return the goods using your own courier service; please return the parcel using the form below.
All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you return part of an order the value of the goods will be refunded. If you return a complete order, the complete order including our standard Tracked P&P charge will be refunded.
European orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Return Form below. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus our standard Overseas delivery cost (amount varies depending on weight of original order) plus any VAT if paid. Please also get proof of postage. Where only a partial order is returned only the items returned will be refunded.
All orders outside the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Return Form below. Please also get proof of postage. You will be refunded the cost of your goods but no delivery costs.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced for you. All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Thank you so much for being so understanding about the refund. I couldn’t tell the slight colour difference between nickel and chrome on the website. The products themselves are of excellent quality.
