HOW TO RETURN GOODS

How do I return wrongly sent or faulty goods?

UK orders:
In the unlikely event that wrong or faulty goods are sent to you please return the goods to our registered address using our Returned Goods Form. We will send replacement goods immediately upon receipt of the return or if you would prefer you can request a refund for the item(s) using this form.
If goods are needed urgently, please re-order from the website and we will refund the original order upon receipt of the returned goods.

Orders outside the UK:
Please email us with details of the problem preferably with a picture for us to review.


Can I cancel my order and return my items?

UK orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus our standard UK delivery costs (£3.80 + VAT). Where only a partial order is returned only the items returned will be refunded.

All other orders within the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus our standard Overseas delivery cost (amount varies depending on weight of original order) plus any VAT paid. Where only a partial order is returned only the items returned will be refunded.

All orders outside the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus any VAT paid but no delivery costs.

Please note for all cancellations you are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning your unwanted items to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced.


Can I exchange my goods?

If you would like to exchange goods, simply return your goods as per the returns procedure above and place your new order through the website.

All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

These policies fully comply with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, UK directive of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
