DELIVERY INFORMATION

Can I choose a different delivery address?

If you require your goods to be sent to a different delivery address to that of your registered credit card please add this information into the Delivery Address box at Checkout.


What are your delivery costs & time frames?

Please see our dedicated Postage & Packing pages for details of how much delivery costs & how long it may take.


Can I upgrade to Next Day Delivery?

If you have selected the 'Royal Mail Tracked' service which takes 3 - 5 days and you wish us to now send this order Next Day Delivery please call us before 12.30pm and pay the extra £5.38 we can send it Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) Please note these orders do need a signature.
For future ordering, if you need your order urgently our Next Day Delivery option is situated at the Shopping Basket and Checkout stages of the website.


Signature required on orders over 100?

Orders sent Next Day (Royal Mail Special Delivery) do not offer a Safeplace option. On all orders over £100 a signature is required. If you are not going to be in, you can collect this order from your local Post Office.


What does 'Safeplace' mean?

For Royal Mail Tracked orders, if you will not be in to receive your order, you can specify a Safeplace (in less than 30 characters) at the Checkout page. This order is left in the Safeplace you nominate at your own risk; if the goods are lost in transit they cannot be replaced. Unfortunately, this service is not available on Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery orders.


Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to a range of different countries. Please use the drop down box in the Shopping Basket page and select the country you require. If further export documentation is required, such as Declarations of Conformity please email us your proposed order and we will confirm if export is possible and likely timescales. All import duties to be paid for by the customer. We can arrange Ex works shipment on request.
We do not ship to the USA due to differing voltage.


What happens about import duty?

Any import duties that become payable on an order will be paid by the customer to the relevant customs authority to release said order. If the customer does not collect their order within 3 days we reserve the right to ship the goods back to the UK to avoid being charged customs storage fees. We will then refund the original order payment less said shipping costs.
