Yes, you will automatically be emailed a tracking number from our delivery partner, either Royal Mail or UPS once your goods have been collected from our premises. This email will have a link to the relevant Couriers website where you can track the progress of your order. Please use your Tracking information contained in that email to see where your order is. If the parcel has left the UK and is being delivered by Royal Mail you can establish which delivery partner Royal Mail is using for your location here. If you have not received an email please check your Spam folder and add the delivery company to your contacts list to ensure further tracking emails reach you.
