In the event of orders being lost in the post, please contact us at info@lightwaveuk.com and we will review the delivery status and, where appropriate, contact our delivery partner. In the rare event of goods being lost in the post, we will send out another order. However, our partners insist we allow 14 days before making a claim for compensation.
We understand, however, that our customers may not want to wait this long, in which case you can make a duplicate order on the understanding that when either the courier confirms your order was lost or the first order of goods is returned to us, we will make a full refund of your original order.
