UK orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. 

All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you return part of an order the value of the goods will be refunded. If you return a complete order, the complete order will be refunded.

All goods must be in new and unused condition.

Post and package charges are not refundable unless the items received were incorrectly dispatched by Lamps and Lights.

European orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Return Form below. If you return all items purchased, you will be refunded the cost of your goods. Where only a partial order is returned only the items returned will be refunded.

All orders outside the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Return Form below. Please also get proof of postage. You will be refunded the cost of your goods but no delivery costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced for you. All Refunds will be processed by us within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
