TRADE DISCOUNTS

Trade & Bulk Discounts: Orders over £100 are sent Next Day at a cost of £3.50. Orders over £200 are sent Next Day with Free Delivery. Also if you spend/have spent more than £200 with us in the last year then our trade/bulk sliding scale of discounts will be automatically applied to your shopping basket as follows:
£200 - 2% discount
£300 - 3% discount
£400 - 4% discount
£500 - 5% discount etc
up to £1000 - 10% discount (max).
So if you've spent more than £1000 with us in the last year you now get a 10% discount. Where multiple email addresses from the same domain place orders they are grouped and the discounts above applied for your company group.

PLUS, all orders over £200 will automatically receive our comprehensive catalogue absolutely FREE!*
*this applies to customers who have not received a catalogue in the last 12 months.


PAYMENT

We offer various Payment Options. Invoices can be paid by credit card, PayPal personal UK cheque (made payable to Lamps and Lights Ltd) BACS & CHAPS or over the phone. International orders can additionally be paid for using SWIFT/BIC or IBAN. You do however need to have placed an order over the website before we can take payment. If you wish to pay directly to our bank and didn't select this option at Checkout please email us with a request for our bank details then we will keep an eye out for your payment. If you select this option at Checkout the details will be automatically emailed to you.
Goods are despatched on receipt of cleared funds.
Any import duty arising on an order will be paid for by the customer.

VAT Registered in the UK
Registration No. GB944 5058 14.
European companies outside the UK providing a valid VAT registration number will not be charged VAT. Please enter your VAT number at the checkout for the VAT deduction to be applied. Purchases shipped out of the EU will not be charged VAT.

WRONGLY SENT OR FAULTY GOODS

UK orders:
In the unlikely event that wrong or faulty goods are sent to you please return the goods to our registered address using our Returned Goods Form. We will send replacement goods immediately upon receipt of the return or if you would prefer you can request a refund for the item(s) using this form.
If goods are needed urgently, please re-order from the website and we will refund the original order upon receipt of the returned goods.
Orders outside the UK:
Please email us with details of the problem preferably with a picture for us to review.


EXCHANGING GOODS

If you would like to exchange goods, simply return your goods as per the Cancelled Orders & Returns procedure opposite and place your new order through the website.

CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS

UK orders:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus our standard UK delivery costs (£3.50 + VAT).
All other orders within the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus our standard Overseas delivery cost (amount varies depending on weight of original order) plus any VAT paid.
All orders outside the European Union:
We accept the return of goods within 30 working days of receipt. Simply return the goods to our registered address using our Model Cancellation Form. If you return all items purchased you will be refunded the cost of your goods plus any VAT paid but no delivery costs.
Please note for all cancellations you are responsible for covering the postage costs of returning your unwanted items to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of goods that are non-stock items or that have been individually sourced.


LOST ORDERS

In the rare event of goods being lost in the post please use the link on your email confirmation to check the goods are not at your local sorting office/being re-delivered. Most carriers insist we allow 14 days before making a claim for compensation. We understand however that our customers may not want to wait this long so again please make a duplicate order on the understanding that when either the courier confirms your order was lost or the first order of goods are returned to us, we will make a full refund of your original order. This does not apply to orders where the customer has left instructions for orders to be left in a "Safe Place" & no signature is taken. Lamps and Lights cannot accept any responsibility for these orders being lost or stolen.
