We are thankfully currently able to work as usual. We only have packing going on in the Offices now (by a suitably separated and spread-out team). All Office functions have been taken off-site.
Domestic Royal Mail is experiencing some localized minimal disruption causing some Next Day deliveries to take a little longer. We have therefore described this service as our “Express Service” at checkout.
Overseas UPS options at checkout now include Standard and Express options. Express options generally go by Air so if there is any disruption at the UK ports – best to select the Express option.
We are following all Covid guidelines and taking extra precautions including quarantining our stock in order to keep our staff and customers safe.
