Payment:

Invoices can be paid by
credit card, personal UK cheque (made payable to Lamps and Lights Ltd) BACS or over the phone. You do however need to have placed an order over the website before we can take payment.
If you wish to pay by BACS please email us a request for our bank details then we can keep an eye out for your payment. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of
cleared funds.

| Cancelled orders and returns: |
We accept returns of goods within 7 working days of receipt but the buyer must pay for return postage. We cannot accept returns of goods that are made to order, such as special size card candle tubes.

| Wrong goods sent or lost goods: |
In the unlikely event that the wrong goods are sent to you kindly return the incorrect item (we will refund your postage cost) with a copy of your order to our address above. We will send the correct goods immediateley on receipt. Unfortunately we cannot send goods before that due to previous experiences where goods being returned never arrived.
In the rare event of goods being lost in the post please use the link sent on your email confirmation to check the goods are not at your local sorting office\being re delivered. Most carriers insist that we should allow 14 days before making a claim for compensation. We understand however that our customers may not want to wait this long so please make a duplicate order on the understanding that when the courier confirms that your order was lost or the 1st lot of goods are returned to us we will make a full refund of the original order. |
