We will accept returns of goods within 7 days of receipt but the buyer must pay postage both ways. Cost of goods only therefore will be refunded in full if customer is not happy with goods for any reason. The only orders we cannot accept back are card candle tubes made to order. Should a customer fail to collect goods from Royal Mail when Royal Mail have tried to deliver and goods are returned; again a refund will be offered less P&P fees or an additional P&P charge made to re deliver.
