Light Shades:

£6.99 P&P within UK. We can ship to any country and will quote postal cost on request. All prices exclude VAT.

UK Postage:

We limit P&P to a max of £6.99, and on orders over £150 delivery is free. All goods are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded (up to the value of £100) or Special Delivery next day (orders over £100). Orders over 2kg will be sent by DHL. You can also select DHL 48 hr service if you prefer at a flat cost of £6.99. All prices exclude VAT.

Overseas Postage:

Overseas goods are sent Royal Mail Airmail (up to the value of £100) or International signed for (orders over £100). Unfortunately we do not ship to the United States due to prohibitive business insurance costs. Orders over 2kg will be sent by courier. We do not have a DHL option for overseas order. Any orders where P&P charges exceed £20 will be billed separately so we can shop around and get the best quote prior to despatch.

Delivery time:

We usually post goods within 24 - 48 hours. Our collection is at 1.30pm so orders received by 12.00am will be sent the same day (after that time they will be sent the next day). We do not use standard post due to the limit on compensation available. This means that if goods are lost or stolen in the post we can send out replacements and claim back on Insurance. Cost of insurance is included in our P&P charges.
